Biography
Simone Cao, 26, is an ENAC-certified drone pilot since 2019. For over three years, he has specialized in the agricultural sector, a field that represents not only his profession but also a true passion.
Throughout his career, he has gained solid operational experience with drones of all types, weighing up to 100 kg at takeoff, working in complex and varied contexts. He has carried out technical interventions and targeted operations mainly on vineyards and olive groves, but also on wheat, artichokes, and vegetable crops, supporting farmers in optimizing yields and managing crops sustainably.
For the past year, he has also been collaborating with companies in floriculture and the fresh-cut produce sector, focusing particularly on greenhouse shading, and working in various Italian regions, including areas outside Sardinia.
Passionate and determined, Simone sees every flight, analysis, and field operation as an opportunity to combine technology, nature, and innovation. He firmly believes in the potential of precision agriculture and in the value drones can bring to the efficiency and sustainability of the primary sector.
His mission is to provide concrete and tailored solutions to agricultural operators, contributing to building a more modern, conscious, and competitive agriculture.
