Simone Emanuele Salis supports entrepreneurial ideas throughout their growth journey, transforming them into concrete, sustainable projects capable of generating value. For years, he has worked as a Business Developer and Innovation Manager, assisting startups and innovative companies in defining effective strategies and developing competitive solutions.

His approach is practical and results-oriented: he starts with the ideation phase, moves on to validating the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and continues through to market launch.

With an academic background in Economics, enriched by a Master’s in Business Administration, he has gained an integrated view of business and solid skills in economic-financial analysis and business strategy. This technical foundation is complemented by a strong focus on the human factor: as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by ICF, Simone works to enhance the potential of individuals and teams. He is also a certified Innovation Manager (UNI 11814 Cepas).

Over the years, he has developed cross-functional skills ranging from business model definition to writing business plans and marketing strategies. He has gained solid experience in analyzing the need-problem-solution and in business process reengineering, aiming to improve efficiency and alignment with the company’s mission.
