Dunia Basciu is an experienced computer scientist, Senior Cloud Architect specialized in Data and Artificial Intelligence for Agriculture and Climate Change.
After years spent as a technical mentor helping startups grow in the Green Agritech sector across Europe, Africa, and Asia, designing low-emission Cloud Architectures for large industries at Google Cloud EMEA, and promoting the adoption of AI & Data technologies with Ethics and Awareness (Ecosophy) through seminars and public talks, in March 2025 she decided to resign voluntarily and founded her own start-up, Net Zero Farming, an agricultural company based in Sardinia.

She collaborates as a freelance Cloud Architect and lecturer with companies, startups, and universities engaged in researching sustainable and adaptive agricultural models to face climate change.
