
Biography
Luisa Pesenti is an engineer specialized in renewable energy, with international experience in the technical, economic, and strategic development of projects related to the energy transition. From the design of large-scale plants to the definition of commercial strategies, she supports companies and organizations in transforming complex ideas into concrete and sustainable solutions.
Currently, she is a manager within the commercial sector at Volytica Diagnostics in Germany, where she oversees clients and projects in the monitoring and diagnosis of battery systems for e-mobility, industrial applications, and stationary systems, managing the entire commercial cycle—from technical feasibility analysis to implementation.
She has worked at Tesla for the EMEA region, contributing to the development of innovative energy projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, from design to technical due diligence and contract negotiation.
With a strong passion for innovation, sustainability, and social activism, she has led several entrepreneurial and academic projects. Among the most significant and impactful is the current project Cocò, the social promotion association based in Aggius, which she founded. Through Cocò, she has contributed to creating events and services that bring innovation and new energy to the Gallura region.
In her free time, she indulges her great love for nature through various outdoor activities, from surfing to climbing, as well as being passionate about music, cinema, and art.
